Sessions are collaborative and paced according to your needs and you are never pushed to go where you are not ready.

Integrated Kinesiology™
Restore balance, clarity, and energetic flow
Your body holds wisdom. Integrated Kinesiology™ uses gentle muscle testing as a form of biofeedback to identify stress, emotional blockages, and imbalances held within the body and nervous system.
By working with the body’s energy systems, sessions support safe release and re-regulation in a way that feels safe and respectful*

Sessions are gentle, non-invasive, you are fully clothed, with grounding supports such as bolsters and weighted blankets for comfort and safety.
* Techniques may include breathwork, emotional processing, visualisation, affirmations, essential oils, sound and frequency work, energy balancing, oracle cards, and hydration support.
Breathwork
Therapeutic Breathwork is a guided, somatic practice that uses intentional, rhythmic breathing to help the body safely process stored stress, trauma and emotional residue.
By shifting the nervous system into a state of openness and release, the breath naturally loosens what no longer serves you - held tension, stress, trauma, and unexpressed emotions - allowing it to move out of the body in it's own time.
The same conditions that support emotional release can also activate ones kundalini (life force energy), as the body responds to an environment where healing, clarity, and inner energy can rise on their own. Activation is never forced and is not the goal - it can occur organically when conditions are right, your system is ready, and you are feeling safe and supported.
Experiences during Breathwork may include:
- Tingling in the face, hands, feet, along the spine
- Tears flowing, laughter bubbling up, sounds such as sighs, moans, humming, singing, vocal release, shouting out
- Tightness softening in jaw, belly, chest, hips
- Waves of energy or heat flowing through the body, and/or changes in body temperature
- Spontaneous movement - muscle tremors, twitches, shaking, stretching
- Deep calm, heightened awareness, feeling grounded
Sessions are carefully paced with grounding and integration to ensure safety and balance. There will be some post-session self-care "homework" for integration of the session to occur.
Vibro-Acoustic
Therapy (VAT)
Deep regulation for the nervous system
Vibro-Acoustic Therapy uses low-frequency sound vibrations delivered through a specialised massage table to support nervous system regulation and deep relaxation.
You simply lie down and relax as you are safely guided, while the therapeutic arc of rhythmic vibrations move through the body. Many clients feel calm and grounded within minutes.
VAT supports:
- Nervous system regulation
- Stress reduction and deep rest
- Gentle emotional release
- Grounding and internal balance
Sessions are trauma-sensitive and non-invasive.
Not suitable for people with seizure disorders, pacemakers, late-term pregnancy, or recent major surgery.
